We are seeking an enthusiastic, thoughtful and proactive individual with excellent relationship building skills to join our team on the Sunshine Coast as an Account Manager. In this role you will report to the Distribution Sales Manager for our Trade business and will cover the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane areas.

An important part of our close-knit sales team, you will develop lasting relationships with existing stakeholders and customers in the trade hardware industry to drive profitable growth and achieve sales targets. You may be familiar with seeing our Zenith, Ramset and Buildex branded products across the hardware channel.

The impact you'll make:

  • Exceed territory sales targets through productive, planned call cycles
  • Build relationships and attend Trade events to promote, extend & defend brand loyalty
  • Develop and maintain exceptional product and application knowledge
  • Deliver value proposition through presentations and training, in store and on site
  • Engage with and upskill in store team members and end users
  • Maintain call accuracy, including relevant data, customer prioritisation and growth
  • Analyse territory, market, sales and customer performance data

About you:

  • Strong communication and influencing skills internally and externally
  • Ability to deliver strategic sales targets and results
  • Adept with analysing and understanding sales, pricing and ranging reports
  • Confident and analytical decision maker who can prioritise based on data
  • Commitment to driving a culture of safety and continuous improvement
  • Hold a valid drivers licence
