*This is a 100% remote position. The salary range is $80,000-120,000*

Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful relationships with HappyFunCorp clients as the primary relationship owner for a specific client or group of top-tier clients with responsibility for retention and growth
  • Serve as a co-collaborator and client champion to the internal project team, sales, and senior executives to ensure smooth customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support
  • Partner with clients to develop meaningful plans that feed their long term goals – both spoken and unspoken – by conducting regular check-ins and QBRs with customers to assess their progress, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for additional value
  • Guide and enable customers to transform over time how they manage their strategic plans and performance through HappyFunCorp services
  • Identify professional service problems in advance, and identify and implement solutions to prevent them
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance and ensure client success
  • Analyze engagement data and research what customers need, in order to make quality recommendations during quarterly business reviews
  • Work with the Product Team to champion customer insights and stories, shaping future product improvement
  • Share Success stories across the organization so they can be told to the HappyFunCorp community through stories, webinars, case studies, and blog posts

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a key account manager, customer success manager, or similar client-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and influence outcomes
  • Passion about business and dissatisfaction with status quo – always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned clients
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, managing multiple customer accounts concurrently
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on finding practical and creative solutions for account challenges
  • Understanding of custom software development process, from conception through design and delivery, as well as fundamental cloud computing concepts (certifications are a plus)
  • Proficiency in CRM and customer success software
  • Preferred: Experience in the luxury or hospitality industry and an appreciation for what individuals in those industries create
