We're seeking a motivated and energetic Account Manager to join our sales team. You will be responsible for supporting assigned customers and ensuring customer success, retention and expansion. Tasks will include building relationships with key enterprise customers and global brands, negotiating contracts with multiple stakeholders, working with the product team to align client requests with the product roadmap and collaborating with our delivery teams to ensure our customers love working with Eventbase. You will be selling a world-class platform that will help organizations provide an exceptional experience for their event attendees.
This is a full-time remote position. Please note that we can only consider candidates who reside in Canada with valid working status.

What You'll Do
Build relationships with our customers and understand their event goalsRenew accounts and expand customer spend, reducing customer churn Communicate Eventbase’s product value proposition to customers based on an understanding of their current and future needsConduct online presentations and demonstrations to customersBe an expert and influencer in the event industry Understand the event technology landscape Collaborate with our Solution Engineer team to scope and quote feature enhancements and determine technical requirementsCreate Proposals, Statement of Works and Service Agreement contractsHandle negotiation conversations with customersBe able to have conversations with multiple stakeholders internally and externally Work closely with our Producer team on project scoping and project hand-off upon closingProvide regular opportunity pipeline and forecast updatesPerform quarterly business reviews with key clientsRepresent Eventbase at industry trade shows and conferencesHelp drive the product roadmap through customer insightsWhat You Bring
Experience with selling technology solutions and/or applications in a B2B environmentIdeally 3+ years of experience in enterprise account managementProven track record of meeting and exceeding targets on a multi-year basisEvent industry experience is considered an assetA genuine interest in mobile technologyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change is the only constantExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation and negotiation skillsProficiency using a CRM (ideally Salesforce)Experience creating and responding to RFPsExperience creating MSAs and SOWs, as well as facilitating legal and information security reviewsSelf-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervisionStrong team player with a positive, “go-getter” attitudeAbility and willingness to travel (~10%) to the United States Why Join the Eventbase Team?
