Primary Objectives
  • Your main priority will be managing a list of automotive clients that all are extremely similar to each other. (Ceramic Coatings, PPF, Vinyl Wraps are the main services our clients sell). 
  • This list of clients will be working with our team so that we can generate them leads in order to grow their business and help them sell their services. 
  • Meta advertising and Google Advertising are the 2 main ways we generate our clients more business. Your team of elite media buyers will be handling that side of things. 
  • Your main duty is ensuring the clients are happy with our service and are actually getting results. 
  • Some clients will need sales training to improve their conversion rates with the leads we are bringing in for them. 
  • You will be responsible for managing initial intro calls and launch calls to ensure proper onboarding of clients. 
  • You will be the main point of contact for the clients. 
  • You will be managing a team of Media Buyers and Video editors to assist you every step of the way with clients. 
  • Measuring success for this position will revolve around the % of churn that you maintain with your list of clients. Roughly 5% or under in churn is expected with the systems we have in place.
  • Overall the role you play will impact our churn rate tremendously. Your relationship with the clients will help us grow the department.
  • This is a fast paced and exciting position that will give you the opportunity to grow as an individual and work with an elite team. 
Responsibilities
  • Managing 30-50 Clients
  • Each client goes through an onboarding process that takes about 5 business days, each day has a different “step” to complete. 
  • Intro calls are your first touch point with the client with the main goal of grabbing last bits of information from the client, so that your team can correctly onboard them. This call will be a phone call that should last around 15-20 minutes. 
  • The final step of onboarding a client will be doing a launch call with them. This call will be a video call where you will cover expectations with the clients, you will teach them how to use our lead management software, and you will then show them the final ads. At the end of this call is where we will push the clients ads live. 
  • Once a client goes live you will have checkin calls to do with them throughout their relationship with us. Revenue tracking, software issues, and any other issues that they may have will be discussed on the check in calls to ensure they are happy. 
  • Outside of check in calls you will have clients in a group chat on “Telegram” so that they can message us anytime. Expected responses are no later than 24 hours, however typically you will respond to the client within an hour after they reach out to at least update them on where we are at etc. if it regards an issue. 
  • Project managing your team of editors and media buyers and making sure tasks are getting done on time will be part of your responsibilities as well. 
Qualifications & Things We'll Love About You
  • Having a real passion for cars will make you standout. 
  • Having any previous account managing experience.
  • Understanding the META advertising platform and Google Ads platform at a basic level.
  • Understanding services such as Vinyl Wrapping, Ceramic Coating, PPF, Powder coating, Wheel repair, tinting, and more will give you a massive advantage.

Compensation

  • $36,000-$48,000 yearly salary
