To achieve this, we are looking for a new team member to take on responsibility for key accounts across Central Europe. With a background in the pay TV or OTT sector, the successful candidate will form a crucial part of achieving 3SS’ growth plans in the coming years. They will be a vital part of the commercial team and a natural leader of each customer account team.

Professional
- You have experience in enterprise account management, with a track record in building strong relationships across pan-European Pay-Tv customers.
- You have experience working closely with internal delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes and overall customer success.
- You are ‘hands-on’ with customer projects to support delivery teams from a commercial perspective, owning the hard topics that could negatively impact project success and margins.
- You have experience with customer success initiatives, such as QBRs and NPS surveys, as well as the ability to track customer’s objectives and KPIs.
- You have experience working with virtual/distributed teams.
- You have knowledge of OTT video streaming platform design, ideally including TV UX solution design and delivery process, with the ability to closely track project scope, budgeting, and any required change management.
- You understand and can articulate the value of OTT-enabling products and services, adapting the message to the listener and focusing hard on value creation.
- You are able to lead pitch/proposal presentations to customers, with support from the Solutions and Product teams.
- You can build, evolve and communicate detailed account plans outlining clear strategies for improved customer success and account growth.
