Job Description - Account Executive
We are looking for a full cycle Account Executive to join our team. This position is responsible for hunting, prospecting, nurturing inbound/outbound leads, and closing deals. As an Account Executive, you showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You proactively address clients' needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to end. Ultimately, you contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.

Job Responsibilities
- Secure pre-qualified intro calls and fill our sales pipeline
- Prompt response to inbound leads
- Use outbound prospecting strategies to lead initial outreaches to prospects
- Identify prospects' pain points, needs, and current/future requirements to determine a potential solution fit
- Deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients
- Engage and connect with a variety of different clients in strategically identified verticals
- Provide seamless handoff of clients to Customer Success Team to ensure a positive customer experience
- Provide helpful feedback to Marketing and Sales regarding campaign effectiveness, company and persona targeting, and market and competitive intelligence
- Maintain all sales databases in HubSpot necessary to report sales activity and customer information
- Attend all sales meetings and training sessions as required by management
- Attend annual trade shows and conferences to build relationships and identify new prospects as required by management
- Responsible for achieving a monthly sales quota and closing deals
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Account Executive or similar Sales positions
- Experience working in brand within Sporting & Outdoor or Fashion & Lifestyle industry
- Understanding of SAAS and similar technology solutions
- Must be passionate and knowledgeable about the retail industry
- An ability to grasp client needs and to increase customer engagement
- Solid knowledge of CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and time-management skills
- Up to 15% travel to participate in trade shows and client meetings
- BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
