Having raised over $100m to date, our unique approach enables businesses to secure substantial government funding (up to seven figures) in significantly less time, surpassing industry norms by an impressive eightfold.
As an integral part of our Growth team, you will contribute to Grantify's success through your skills, experience, and personality traits. We are looking for an Account Executive with strong communication skills, a self-starter and with the ability to work effectively from home.
Your Impactful Responsibilities:
🗣️ Communication Skills: Utilise strong communication skills with a consultative sales approach - we’re always putting our clients first.
🏭 Industry Experience: Ideally, bring experience in SaaS, technical account management, or IT solutions for Enterprises with a passion for technology.
💹 Marketing Collaboration: Work within a system where cold outreach is unnecessary due to effective marketing strategies.
🌍 Remote Work Proficiency: Demonstrate experience and effectiveness in working from home.
📂 Rigorous Follow-up Process: Exhibit strong organisational skills, coupled with advanced pipeline management expertise, to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
🛠️ Hard/Technical Skills:
Consultative sales approach.
Experience and success in working remotely, managing tasks independently.
Understanding of marketing strategies and collaboration with marketing teams for effective account management without cold outreach.
🤝 Soft Skills:
Ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic environments and evolving business needs.
Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, to convey complex information in a straightforward manner.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams, aligning operations with overall company objectives.
💸 Competitive Compensation: $120,000 (including commission which is uncapped)

The whole process usually takes about 3 weeks end to end, but we’re flexible and will do our best to accommodate timings that will work for you. As you progress through the stages, our Talent Acquisition Manager will share feedback and information on what to expect/prepare for. We aim to provide feedback and/or updates within 72 hours of each step.
