Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the EV industry and CEM (charging and energy management)
  • Demonstrated ability to convey complex energy and EV concepts in a simple and relatable manner
  • Generate new business through consultative selling on the benefit of EVs and CEM
  • Experience working with commercial fleets
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills with an eye towards developing scalable partnerships
  • Passion for EVs and The Mobility House's mission
  • Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales for TMH CEM for EV fleets
  • Develop partnerships with multipliers
  • Inform product team of market intel from customer feedback
  • Create internal sales process for efficiency and effectiveness as the team expands

Total Compensation: $155,450 - 186,000 (base + commission)

Starting compensation is based on a number of factors including but not limited the primary work location, experience, and skillset.


This job is a 100% remote role based in United States and requires travel as needed for customer meetings.
