Title: Account Director  

Location: Remote  

Salary: Dependent on experience 

The Role  

We are looking for an experience Account Director to join our growing team. As our Account Director you will own and lead a range of exciting projects primarily in the DTC retail space. Your main objective will be to drive business growth by unlocking the client's business opportunity and capability. You will achieve this by delivering outstanding client service and innovative and ambitious client solutions, which have measurable business performance outcomes at the heart. Additionally, you'll act as the brand ambassador to help build the business reputation. 

Responsibilities  

  • Proactively retain and grow client relationships with responsibility for the cultivation of accounts  
  • Oversight and management of streams of work over accounts ensuring these are delivered to timeline and budget 
  • Initial level of escalation for any risks or issues – both internally and externally  
  • Facilitation of client facing communications, such as meetings/ calls, written comms, reports – being the primary point of contact  
  • Ongoing expectation management with clients to ensure optimum client satisfaction.  
  • Opportunity spotting and development over accounts in line with both client and eComplete KPIs  
  • Ownership of the upkeep of relevant account documentation  
  • Working directly with clients to make strategic recommendations to help drive the brand further  
  • Continually challenging both the client and eComplete teams to ensure the strongest outputs are delivered, drilling down into the needs and objectives of the client daily  
  • Ensuring resource is secured, and, accurately planned to facilitate the delivery of all ongoing workstreams in relation to the account  
  • Management of billing in association to accounts  
  • Responsible for the management of time quoted vs time spent to ensure profitability over accounts  
  • Actively participate in New Business process throughout eComplete  
  • Bring a ‘bigger picture' view to workstreams to ensure the ultimate client goals are met  
  • Ongoing input into the wider delivery process for eComplete accounts, taking an actively role in both the execution and refinement of the process  
  • Champion of best proactive Client Service and Delivery within the eComplete team ensuring the ethos of excellent stakeholder management, along with how to execute this, is cascaded throughout the business  
  • Manage the onboarding of new clients by ensuring all documentation, such as Project Charters and Critical Paths, are in place to facilitate kick off and/or introduction of new team members to account
