Account Coordinator

While this is a remote position, the role is restricted to those physically located in Portugal or Malta.

As an Account Coordinator, you will be part of the Central Operations team. You will form team with the Account Manager and together work closely with your own portfolio of operators. As Account Coordinator you are responsible for the affiliation setup around the portfolio. Your mindset will be to offer qualitative and attractive operators through the central platform. You will also be in dialogue with the operators when it comes to more integral setups or other operational matters. You will be a key-player and have direct impact on performance with go-live time, response time and more within the portfolio. Besides day-to-day you will be part of key global incentives and task forces.

*As an Account Coordinator you are expected to …

Run the affiliation setup for your portfolio, through the central platform.
Be the expert of operational affiliation, links, data structure etc.
Together with Sales (Account Manager) form team with very close collaboration.
Updating customer database and maintaining records.
Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Analyse Data and check for errors.
Support other operation efforts and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Lead trainings for new starters within your expertise.
Be a key stakeholder and project lead global incentives and task forces.
Work close with integral team with special projects involving your portfolio.
