Account Coordinator - Advertising Operations

Plan, activate, and measure CTV and Linear TV at the local level. About the Role

We are looking to grow our digital media activation ScreenLift® team with highly organized self-starters who possess a startup attitude and who are hungry to take on new responsibilities. As an Advertising Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for day to day operations including: placing programmatic digital media buys, monitoring performance of campaigns, and working closely with our Customer Success team to ensure campaign performance meets customer goals. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ins and outs of programmatic media buying while working with multimillion dollar budgets and high profile clients.

*this is a hybrid remote role. Our team comes into the office 1-2x per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Place programmatic media buys through our DSPs
  • Work with the Client Success team to ensure optimal performance of advertising campaigns to meet the goals of our customers
  • Manage live campaigns and pacing optimization
  • Provide campaign performance updates for Client Success team 
  • Utilize a variety of technology platforms to execute day to day campaign monitoring and planning tasks
  • Willingness to work late hours and occasionally on the weekend as customer needs arise
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency in campaign operations

Experience

  • 1+ year of professional experience (internships included)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising or related fields preferred
  • Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure. Comfortable managing competing internal and external deadlines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Strong Interest in data analysis 
  • Experience with basic Excel commands required
  • Nice to have: experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Roku OneView DSP and Yahoo! DSP
