They are a dynamic company specializing in a virtual staging platform designed for real estate agents to showcase properties and attract potential buyers. Their platform creates near-realistic images using the expertise of local designers who deeply understand the market, enabling real estate agents to fulfill their clients' visions and close deals efficiently. 

• Proven experience as a 3D designer.
• AI proficiency and ability to build automation scripts.
• Strong understanding of interior design and real estate market needs. 
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work. 
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork. 

• Experience with Blender.
• Experience with GLB file format.

• Create 3D assets (furniture pieces) for virtual staging used in interior design and real estate websites. 
• Ensure 3D furniture models are liked to manufacturers for purchase.
• Serve three customer segments:
  • Design high-quality 3D models.
  • Integrate purchasable links for the models.
  • Convert existing files into specific required formats.
