3D Character Artist

Keywords Studios, the world's leading provider of technical services to the fast-growing, global video games market, is seeking a talented and passionate Mid-Senior 3D Artist to join their team. The successful candidate will join a team of over 5,000 employees in 50+ Studios in 21 countries, providing graphic art asset production, game development, audio, testing, localization, and customer support services to most of the leading video game developers and publishers. • As a Character Artist, you will be responsible for creating outstanding 3D Characters and Creatures for some of the best known game titles.
• Ensure all work meets project requirements and is delivered to the highest standard within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with project leads and art teams across different studios to ensure assets are delivered to the correct specifications.
• Take a proactive role in problem-solving and addressing issues that arise.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and technical advancements in 3D modeling and texturing.
• Take an active role in mentoring more junior members of the art team to ensure their skills and knowledge continue to develop.
• Actively participate in meetings and reviews to provide relevant feedback and insights.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Marvelous Designer, ZBrush, Maya, Substance Painter, Unreal Engine
• Flexibility and a good eye for form, shape, composition and fun
• Creative flare as well as displaying core fundamentals such as solid topology, UV's and texturing
• Solid experience in AAA console development (3+ years)
